Welcome to the Carriage Hills Homeowners Association website!
Our HOA is a small voluntary group of your neighbors who strive to maintain and enhance the appearance of our neighborhood, maintain property values, and make Carriage Hills a desirable place to live.
What We Do
- Administer grass cutting and other landscaping services.
- Pay utility bills.
- Make repairs to signs, lighting, flags, etc throughout the year.
- Post signs for City of Mobile Trash Pickup.
- Maintain good working relationship with City of Mobile officials.
- Administer Yard of the Month Award.
- Conduct annual dues drive.
- Publish annual newsletter.
- Conduct annual homeowners meeting.
Annual Dues
If you did not receive your 2024 newsletter with dues notice in the mail, you can find it on the Documents page on this website.
Dues are $40 per year. Your dues allow the HOA to pay landscaping and utility bills, and make needed repairs. We offer several ways to make your payment.
